“We had a group of six in a comfortable van. Our driver, Patrick took care of us. It was door-to-door service. The van had Wi-Fi if needed. We were handed off to the official guides at Auschwitz. Patrick coordinated the meeting points for our pickup and transfer to Birkenau and back to the hotel.”

“We missed the bus for the Auschwitz tour and they bent over backwards to try and get us on the camp next day (hard thing to do cause of ticket allocation). Also, the guide spoke great English and was very knowledgeable. Did the Salt Mines with them as well. Will be going back, so much more to see. Loved Krakow.”
